Eastside Cultural Center has been a resource for community gatherings, cultural expression, and political mobilization for 25 years.

The theater space alone has been anointed with offerings rooted in the heartfelt pursuit of liberation for us all - ceremony, poetry, dance, music, theater, visual arts, political education, and more. The art spaces, recording studio, and tech lab have all been a container for the mentorship of Oakland Youth. The gallery inside of EastSide Cultural Center is a place of recognition and inspiration for artists of varying disciplines.
