Sudan: A Black History Cultural Event

Gather to celebrate Sudanese culture, learn about Sudan's rich legacy and how to support the Sudanese people in the present.

The evening's program will feature radio host Hana Baba as the MC;

with the Shabbal Sudanese Dance Group as well as a Sudanese Arts and craft exhibit table.

Expert presentation by Dr. Obeid of Sudanese American Physicians-

Association to share current events and basic history of Sudan.

Donations go to the Sudanese Association of Northern California, which

helps provide relief to families displaced by the war; and to the

Sudanese American Physicians Association to go toward their ongoing support of the region.
