Te invitamos a compartir saberes desde la colectividad de la palabra(o la colectividad de la voz). Nos enfocaremos en el poema de Mahmoud Darwish: "El discurso del indio, el penúltimo ante el hombre blanco", conviviremos, compartiremos comida y dialogaremos juntos durante 3 sesiones de 3hrs. cada una.

Mahmoud Darwish (1941–2008) fue un poeta palestino reconocido como una de las voces más importantes del mundo árabe. Sus poemas hablan del exilio, la identidad palestina y el conflicto con Israel. A través de su poesía, expresó la resistencia y la lucha de su pueblo. Vivió en el exilio durante muchos años y su obra, aunque centrada en la causa palestina, trata temas universales como el amor, la libertad y la muerte. Su poema “El discurso del Indio, el penúltimo ante el hombre blanco”, fue escrito para los 500 años de colonización de América Latina.
Silvana Rabinovich es licenciada en Filosofía por la Universidad Nacional de Rosario, Argentina, maestra en Filosofía por la Facultad de Humanidades de la Universidad Hebrea de Jerusalén y doctora en Filosofía por la Facultad de Filosofía y Letras de la UNAM. Es investigadora titular C de tiempo completo del Instituto de Investigaciones Filológicas de la UNAM y miembro del Sistema Nacional de Investigadores nivel II. Su línea de investigación es Ética aplicada desde una perspectiva interdisciplinaria. Ha publicado diversos libros de autoría propia, además de numerosos artículos especializados y capítulos en libros publicados en México, Francia, Argentina, Brasil, España, Bélgica y EEUU.
Shadi Rohana es un profesor y traductor palestino. Licenciado en Estudios Latinoamericanos por el Swarthmore College de Estados Unidos y Maestro en la misma disciplina por la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México unam. Profesor de lengua y literatura árabes y de traducción literaria en el Centro de Estudios de Asia y África de El Colegio de México.

We invite you to share knowledge through collective storytelling and reading aloud. We'll focus on Mahmoud Darwish's poem,"The Red Indian's Penultimate Speech to the White Man”. There will be three sessions, each lasting 3 hours, where we will gather, share food and have discussions together.

Mahmoud Darwish (1941–2008) was a Palestinian poet recognized as one of the most important voices in the Arab world. His poems speak of exile, Palestinian identity, and the conflict with Israel. Through his poetry, he expressed the resistance and struggle of his people. He lived in exile for many years, and while his work focused on the Palestinian cause, it also explored universal themes such as love, freedom, and death.
Silvana Rabinovich holds a degree in Philosophy from the National University of Rosario, Argentina, a master's degree in Philosophy from the Faculty of Humanities at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and a PhD in Philosophy from the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters at UNAM. She is a full-time senior researcher (Researcher C) at the Institute of Philological Research at UNAM and a Level II member of the National System of Researchers. Her research focuses on Applied Ethics from an interdisciplinary perspective. She has published several books of her own, in addition to numerous specialized articles and chapters in books published in Mexico, France, Argentina, Brazil, Spain, Belgium, and the United States.
Shadi Rohanais a Palestinian professor and translator. He holds a degree in Latin American Studies from Swarthmore College in the United States and a master's degree in the same discipline from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). He teaches Arabic language and literature, as well as literary translation, at the Center for Asian and African Studies at El Colegio de México.
